We welcome all complaints as we endeavour to provide an excellent service to all our customers and we aim to continuously improve our service, products and procedures.

Please include your name and your full address previously given at time of purchase when applicable. Also, please provide us with as much details as possible of the issue at hand.
If there is a problem with an item purchased, photographs may be requested. These will be forwarded on to our suppliers in order to get the item repaired or replaced ASAP.
We endeavour to resolve any issues ASAP. We aim to do this within 30 days, however this all depends on the issue and the product respectively.
